Start your journey towards a rewarding Massage Therapy career at the Massage Therapy Institute (MTI). We keep our class sizes small to foster an enriched learning environment, ensuring each student gets the personal attention they deserve. MTI has submitted an application for approval to operate to the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). This school is not yet approved to operate by the BPPE yet.

Application Process & Requirements

MTI selects students who are problem solvers, passionate about helping others, and excited to learn about the body. While a background in science is helpful, it’s not required. Our program is ideal for those with a strong desire to support others and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Full Requirements for the MTI Program

You must meet the following criteria to apply:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Be at least 18 years old.

Application Prerequisites:
- Complete a personal interview with the Campus Coordinator or attend one of our Zoom Career Planning sessions.
- Fill out the application for admission.
- Submit two letters of recommendation.
- Provide high school, GED, or college transcripts.
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of $100 (plus sales tax where applicable).
- Read and understand the current catalog.
- Complete the Enrollment Agreement.

Language Requirement:
All instruction and exams are in English. Students must be proficient enough in English to understand lectures and course materials. (MBLEx is available in English and Spanish).
